Shared Leadership for Talent Development
The Oregon Semiconductor Talent Consortium is a statewide partnership working to align and strengthen Oregon’s semiconductor workforce. Together, we’re shaping a shared vision for global leadership in talent development, innovation, and pathways to opportunity.
Oregon ranks among the nation’s semiconductor leaders, home to 15% of the U.S. workforce and a growing ecosystem of manufacturing, research, and design. Yet with thousands of new jobs on the horizon and critical skills gaps emerging, the need for coordinated, cross-sector action has never been greater. The Consortium exists to close those gaps — ensuring Oregon remains at the forefront of semiconductor excellence for decades to come.
