Growing Oregon’s Semiconductor Ecosystem
Frontiers of Advanced Semiconductor Technology Regional Innovation Engine (FAST) is a consortium of 95 cross-sector organizations focused on revolutionizing integrated circuit manufacturing in Oregon and growing a robust semiconductor innovation ecosystem.
The Semiconductor Talent Consortium and FAST work collaboratively to develop and execute an aligned, cohesive talent development strategy. Together, we are working to address the workforce shortage, broaden participation and access in career pathways, and promote awareness and interest in semiconductor careers. We're designing programs that:
